THE STATE vs. AGYEMAN, ASEM AND BOAMONO

JUDGMENT OF CRABBE, J.S.C. Crabbe, J.S.C. delivered the judgment of the court. The three appellants together with another who has not appealed were convicted by Apaloo, J. at the Kumasi Criminal Session on the 16th August, 1961, and were sentenced to various terms of imprisonment.
