REINDORF ALIAS SACKER vs. REINDORF

The plaintiff, lawful wife of the defendant, claimed joint ownership of properties at Nima, Accra, alleging they were acquired and built by their joint efforts and funds. The defendant denied desertion, claimed sole ownership, and contended the plaintiff deserted him. The plaintiff later amended her claim to sole ownership, asserting she built and acquired the properties with her own funds without the defendant's aid. The defendant's name appeared on title deeds, but the plaintiff, being illiterate, claimed she was misled into joint ownership. The dispute involved rental income and possession of the properties.
