JUDGMENT OF GRIFFITHS-RANDOLPH J. By an ordinary writ of summons filed on 3 July 1973, the plaintiff claimed against the defendant: “(1) The refund of ¢7,814.00 being the aggregate sum expended by her as the customary agent of necessity of the defendant in the maintenance and education from September 1965 to September 1972 of their children: (a) Grace Amma Agyeman .. .. Born 21 December 1957 (b) William Osei Tutu .. .. .. Born 16 December 1958 (c) James Love Sraha .. .. .. Born 21 July 1960. (2) An order varying the order of the High Court, Accra, dated in or about September 1960 providing for the payment of sums by the defendant for maintenance (alone) of the said children.
