JUDGMENT OF CECILIA KORANTENG-ADDOW J. The plaintiffs in this case maintain that they are registered members of the People’s National Party (hereinafter called P.N.P.) a political part registered with the Electoral Commissioner in his capacity as Registrar of Political Parties. The first defendant is a founding member of this party and the second defendant is a registered member. The P.N.P. was formed in accordance with the Political Parties Decree, 1978 (S.M.C.D. 208). The application for its registration was submitted to the registrar on 5 January 1979. In accordance with section 1 of the Decree, the application for registration was accompanied with two copies of the party’s constitution and two copies of the manifestoes or rules of the party. Both copies of the constitution lodged with the registrar were tendered in this trial as exhibit B and exhibit 2.
