KPEGAH J. In these proceedings, the plaintiff is seeking an order for a writ of attachment against the defendant for the disobedience of an order of interim injunction granted on her application. On 7 April 1986 the plaintiff took out a writ of summons seeking an order that the defendant should remove a cold storage plant she had installed in house No. F136/2, Johnston Road, Cape Coast on the ground that the said machine was creating nuisance in the house. Both the plaintiff and the defendant are sisters. The house was devised to them and other children in the will of their late mother. The plaintiff lives in the house. From the evidence, it does not appear that the defendant lives there. It is said that the plaintiff is in poor health and has cardiac problems and excessive noise of the type made by the machine installed by the defendant is not conducive to her health; that the continued operation of the plant posed a serious danger to her life.
