JUDGMENT OF BENIN J. The applicant as well as the respondents are all shareholders in an agricultural company called Green Revolution (Ghana) Ltd. (hereinafter called the company), and are therefore members of the company within the meaning of section 30(4) of the Companies Code, 1963 (Act 179). The applicant is as well an officer of the company having been employed as its tractor operator. The first respondent and the second respondent are the managing director and secretary respectively of the company. The respondents are currently its directors. The company which was formed in 1981, and began business in 1982, initially had six members. In the course of time three of them were removed from the company for reasons which are not relevant to recall for the purposes of this case.
