JUDGMENT OF GBADEGBE J. In this action, the plaintiffs seek: (a). “A declaration that house No. V. 139 situate and being at Old Estate known as Volta House was the property of the late George Ansong. (b). A further declaration that the devise of the said property by the late George Ansong to the plaintiffs and his other wife and children were proper as the property was his own at the time of his death. (c). An order for perpetual injunction restraining the defendant, his agents, assigns and privies from dealing with the said property in any way adverse to the interest of the plaintiffs and the other beneficiaries. (d). Further or other reliefs.” The action herein from the evidence is between a mother and some of her children as the plaintiffs and her eldest male child as the defendant.
