JOHANNES GAMEKLU AND P& T CORPORATION

Petitioner's letter dated 23rd February, 1994 u zed the Commission to "look into the arbitrary dismissal meted out to m whilst in the Posts and Telecommunications (P&T) Corporation, and commend to the appropriate quarters my unconditional reinstatement to he present status of my colleagues in the Corporation". He states rther that following his dismissal he petitioned the Ato Ampiah Review committee on 10th July, 1992 but then as at the time of writing nothing he is been done to redress' his “wrongful dismissal. In a reply to the Commission's request for their comments the management of the Posts and Telecommunications Corporation wrote that they had "10 information on his record, which indicates his evolvement in any case. He was affected by the government: it dismissal of P & P employees: announced on the radio in December, 1984".
