GBADEGBE, JA: By his petition, the petitioner respondent (hereinafter referred to as the respondent) prayed for the following reliefs: (1) that the marriage between him and the respondent/appellant be dissolved; (2) that the house number as A.52 Abura Estate, Cape Coast be transferred to him (3) that certain document described as valuables which were in the custody of the respondent be returned to him and (4) an order for recovery of possession of the said house number A. 52.
