B.W.T. OLOGO AND GHANA POLICE SERVICE

The Complainant stated that he worked for the Police Service from 1973-1978 when he fell sick. Up till date his benefits have not been paid. CLAIM: Payment of Benefits. FINDINGS / OBSERVATIONS: The Complainant asked to furnish certain documents and clarification of information received however till date no reply received. DECISION / LAW: The Commission ceases further investigation in this matter in accordance with Section 13 (1)(b) of Act 456 which states that "Where in the course of the investigation of any complaint it appears to the Commission - (b) that having regard to all the circumstances of the case, any further investigation is unnecessary, it may refuse to investigate the matter further.
