In their petition dated 15th June, 1998 the complainant, Barikeso Seidu and nine others complained against the Respondent's mismanagement of the estate of their deceased father. The Respondent in their response to the petition denied the claims of the complainants in respect of the management of the estate consisting of a house of eleven rooms into the petition in an at Employing it mediatory process the Commission commenced mediations into the petition in an attempt to resolve the matter amicably. The proceedings were however characterised by rancour, rendering impossible any prospects of an amicable settlement. In the light of the fact that the petition is one which relates to administration of an estate and also title to land, the Commission was constrained to advise the parties to seek an order of partition from the courts.
