FELICIA DANSO AND E. O. BOAKYE

By her complaint dated 18th December 1998, Felicia Danso asked this Commission to redress a complaint about her dismissal by the respondent. In an interview with the complainant the Commission requested her to provide certain documents which she failed to do. The complainant was subsequently invited for discussion but she did not turn up. Under the circumstances this Commission deems the matter lapsed and decides not to investigate further in accordance with Section 2(4) of C.I. No. 7, which provides: Section 2(4) “Where a complaint lodged with the Commission is not pursued for three months from the date it is lodged, the complaint shall lapse thereafter."
