KATE OBAZEE AND REXFORD SOMUAH

By his complaint dated 30th March, 1998 Kate Obazee the Complainant requested for the Commission's intervention in order for her to retrieve her vehicle and other personal effects from the respondent. After lodging the complaint the complainant did not pursue the complaint. In the Commission's efforts to contact her, the Commission learnt that the complainant has left Ghana for Nigeria. In view of the foregoing, this Commission deems this matter lapsed in accordance with Regulation 2 (4) of CI No.7 which states that "Where a complaint with the Commission is not pursued for three months from the date it is lodged, the complaint shall lapse thereafter.
