SUMMARY OF PETITION: Complainant's late father gave an uncompleted room to the respondent to use till his expenses were defrayed. The complainant now wants the room for his own use but the respondent has refused to hand over the room or even discuss the matter with complainant. CLAIM: Recovery of room from respondent. OBSERVATION: Matter will be best dealt with in another forum. RECOMMENDATION: Complainant advised to seek redress at the Rent Control Office. DECISION: Commission ceased investigations in accordance with section 13(1) (a) of Act 456.
