Petitioner states judgment was entered in his favour in a case with a provision that full reasons would be given later. In spite of several letters to Judicial Secretary no reasons have been given as yet. FINDINGS / OBSERVATION: Petitioner was invited to the Commissions offices and advised on practical steps to take in order to enjoy the fruits of the Judgment thereafter to report to the Commission Up till date he has not reported. DECISION / RECOMMENDATION: The Commission accordingly ceases further investigation into the matter in accordance with Section 13 (1) (b) of Act 456. "Where in the course of the investigation of any complaint it appears to the Commission (b) that having regard to all the circumstances of the case, any further investigation is unnecessary, it may refuse to investigate the matter further.
