This is an issue of administrative injustice in the application of policy on salary, allowances and conditions of service at the W.E.B du Bois Centre. Mr. Emmanuel Gawuga (the Complainant) states that the Executive Director of W.E.B du Bois Centre (the Respondent) has claimed and continues to claim a new salary, allowances and benefits under an approved new Conditions of Service for the staff whiles no single (Ghanaian) staff has benefitted from any part of the new package. The Complainant seeks the intervention of the Commission to ensure justice and fairplay in policy formulation and implementation by the Respondent. The Respondent indicated that the Conditions of Service of its Executive Director was approved by the Ministry of Finance. They had not despite efforts succeded in getting the same approval for that of the other staff. They contended that the allegations of administrative injustice are unfounded.
