DATE OF COMPLAINT: 1/5/95. SUMMARY OF COMPLAINT: The Complainant stated that his service allowance and back pay totalling ¢70,000.00 have been withheld. Because he used his own camera to photograph colleagues during the National Service Week in July 1994. CLAIM: Release of National Service allowance and back pay. FINDINGS / OBSERVATIONS: The respondent replied that the complainant used his private camera whereas there was an official camera. More importantly he refused to supply a list of students who had paid money to him in advance on this occasion. In order for a comprehensive settlement of accounts to be done. Complainant was invited for clarification of this crucial issue: Till date the invitation has not been honoured by the complainant. DECISION / LAW: The Commission ceases further investigations in this matter in accordance with Section 13 (1) (b) of Act 456 which states that "Where in the course of the investigation of any complaint it appears to the Commissio....
