DATE OF COMPLAINT: 1/5/95. SUMMARY OF COMPLAINT: The Complainant stated that his service allowance and back pay totalling ¢70,000.00 have been withheld. Because he used his own camera to photograph colleagues during the National Service Week in July 1994. CLAIM: Release of National Service allowance and back pay. FINDINGS / OBSERVATIONS: The respondent replied that the complainant used his private camera whereas there was an official camera. More importantly he refused to supply a list of students who had paid money to him in advance on this occasion. In order for a comprehensive settlement of accounts to be done. Complainant was invited for clarification of this crucial issue: Till date the invitation has not been honoured by the complainant.
