JOSEPH ACQUAYE AND CRYSTAL OIL MILLS
CLAIM: Petitioner wants a refund of 250 bags of cement and 150 corrugated Asbestors Roofing sheets from the now defunct Crystal Oil Mills. SUMMARY OF COMPLAINT: Petitioner states that he kept the above-mentioned items in the company's warehouse in 1983 whilst still in their employ. He states that the company used the items with a promise to replace them which has not been done. FINDINGS / OBSERVATIONS: The petition is dated August 1997 whereas the materials were used in the early 80's by the Company. Presently the company has been Divested and the D.I.C has refused to take liability for the Company. Petitioner has not followed up on the petition since February 1999.
