DATE OF COMPLAINT: 20/6/97. SUMMARY OF COMPLAINT: Complainant bought a store at Makola No. 2 Market which got burnt. However when lists were released for shops at the New Makola Market her name was not on the list. CLAIM: Complainant's claim is that her name is missing from the allocation list for shops at the New Makola Market. FINDINGS / OBSERVATIONS: Investigations were commenced. A letter dated 24/7/2000 from the Commission to the Complainant has not been replied till date. DECISION / LAW: The Commission ceases further investigation due to loss of interest.
