SUMMARY OF COMPLAINANT: Complainant stated he was accused of stealing the sum of $4,978,400.00 from his employers the respondent. The case was sent to the law Court and he was discharged for want of prosecution. Since the discharge respondent have refused to pay him or reinstate him. FINDINGS: Parties were invited for a mediation which they failed to honour. Later Commission was informed the respondent wants to rearrest and prosecute complainant so he is on the run. DECISION: The Commission Ceases further investigation in this matter due to loss of interest.
