DATE RECEIVED: 4/11/1998 CLAIM: Restoration of storeroom. SUMMARY OF COMPLAINT: Complainant states that she occupied A. M. A. Land at Neoplan Station. She sublet to respondent who has now refused to let her have the store back. FINDINGS: At mediation Commission was informed that respondent she had the developed store from a ramshackle state to the present level and had expended a lot of money which must be refunded before surrender. Since January 1999 no further word has been heard from Complainant. DECISION The Commission shall cease further investigation in this matter in accordance with S. (13) (I) of Act 456.
