DATE: 17/12/98 CLAIM: Reinstatement. SUMMARY: Complainant was the Executive commissioner of the Ghana Scouts Association and in charge of day to day administration at the Head-quarters. A probe Committee was appointed which recommenced that he should be removed from office. FINDINGS: During investigations the Commission was informed by respondents that complainant failed to produce a discharge book from the Ghana Army and had gained employment by falsely pretending he had been seconded from the Ghana Army. It was also discovered he had no o' level certificate. Thereby being non-qualified for the Job. By letter dated 19 November 1999. Complainant observation was invited on the allegations. Up till date he has failed to respond. DECISION: The Commission ceases further investigations due to lack of interest. This is in accordance with S. 13 (1) (b) of Act456.
