PETER DOUDU & 12 ORS AND: AGONA NSABA SNR. SEC. SCH.
The Commission received a complaint from Peter Doudu and 12 others on 30th June 2000, alleging that they had been suspended indefinitely from Agona Nsaba Senior Secondary School. The complainants pleaded for the Commission's intervention in order that they as final year students could study for their forthcoming exams. The said complaint was referred to the Agona District Office for investigation. The District Director met Messrs. Fred Andrews and William Foh, the authorities of the school. The school authorities agreed after the discussions to recall the suspended students on 10th September 2000, the third term of the school. It was further agreed that the students would have to sign a bond of good behaviour in the presence of their parents/guardians. The District Director of the Commission was also to be present.
