The Complainant filed a complaint in the Registry of this Commission on the 20th June, 1995 challenging the termination of his appointment as a General Manager (finance) of Tema Food Complex Corporation. In a letter attached to the complaint dated 3rd March, 1993 terminating the Complainant's appointment, the following grounds for the termination were stated: "Based on directives from the P.N.D.C. Secretary for Industries, Science and Technology and endorsement by the Board, your appointment with Tema Food Complex Corporation has been terminated effective January 6, 1993. From the letter of termination therefore the real reasons for the termination are not clear.
