By his complaint dated 16th June, 1998, Emmanuel Mwolley claimed his equitable share of his deceased father's estate. The complainant, a 20 year old and lame alleged that his father Joseph Mwolley died intestate. He said that his father's family wanted to deprive his father's children of his possessions. Hence he and his brothers and sister took the matter to court and obtained judgement against them. They subsequently applied and obtained letters of administration in respect of the properties in question. The problem now is that the respondents herein who are the complainant's elder brothers have deprived the complainant from benefitting from the estate. They have virtually taken possession of the entire estate and had failed to give accounts thereof.
