INTRUDUCTION: In a complaint dated 22nd February 2001, the Complainant petitioned this Commission to have his examination scripts remarked. COMPLAINANT'S CASE: The Complainant stated that in May/July 2000, he too' an examination with the Respondent Unit. However, before the exam be claimed he was attached and injured by armed rubbers. He asserted that at the time of his exam, he had pain in his hand which prevented him from writing legibly. As a result, that contributed to his failure in his exam. He further appealed to the Commission to get his papers re-marked. After careful consideration of the complaint, the Commission observes that the Complainant has shown no proof that he reported this matter to the Respondent. If this had beer reported, the Respondent may have taken the appropriate steps under the circumstances. He cannot keep silent and write his exam and then complain after he had failed.
