SETH QUARTEY AND HEZEKIEL INDUSTRIES

DATE OF COMPLAINT. 5/11/1997. SUMMARY OF COMPLAINT. Complainant stated he was employed as a Production Manager without appointment letter, when he started demanding an appointment letter he was summarily dismissed. OBSERVATION. The respondents in their reply denied Complainants claim. They submitted that Complainant had been going to collect monies from customers and pocketing same. Furthermore, he is usually drunk on duty hence his dismissal. The reply was forwarded to Complaint for his reaction which is not forthcoming inspite of reminders. DECISION. The Commission ceases further investigation due to lack of interest. LAW. S. 13 (1) (b) of Act 456.
