DATE OF COMPLAINT: 7-12-1997 NATURE: Family property. SUMMARY OF COMPLAINT: Complainant stated that father has 21 children from four wives however a daughter of the third wife has taken control of their fathers house in Accra thereby denying children of the first wife access to the house OBSERVATION: Complainant supplied a respondents address which was in sufficient. She was therefore invited to direct service which she has not honoured DECISION: The Commission ceases further investigation due to lack of interest. LAW: S. 13 (1)(b) of Act 456.
