INTRODUCTION In a complaint filed on the 9th of October 2001, the Complainant stated that she reported a theft case to the Respondent, but her case had not been dealt with, so she wanted the Commission's intervention to enable the matter be dealt with expeditiously.. COMPLAINANT'S CASE The Complainant stated in her complaint that thieves broke into her salon and made away with a lot of items including her cellular phone. She reported the matter to the Respondent and consequently some suspects were arrested. Later, the prime suspect was released upon a proposed settlement of the matter at home. She indicated finally that the Respondent had failed to have the matter prosecuted. She therefore implored the Commission's intervention to have the matter expeditiously handled.
