INTRODUCTION The Complainant filed this complaint dated 20th June, 2000 against the respondent for an alleged wrongful termination of his appointment in October, 1986. He claimed reinstatement. COMPLAINANT'S CASE Shortly, the Complainant's case is that when he was the Nkoranza Branch Manager of the Bank in 1983, he was able to organise the community into a viable socio-economic entity. In the process he adopted an account belonging to AKUMA INDUSTRIAL ESTATE FARM LTD and marked it "Political Account" through which he disbursed f unds for the project. In spite of his exemplary services he was dismissed by the respondent for granting "unauthorised overdraft facilities to various customers and fraudulently withdrawing funds from customers' savings accounts and other malpractices".
