Introduction The Complainant petitioned this Commission against what he perceived to be victimization in his first year of the internal promotional examination in Accra Training College. The Complainant's Case The Complainant stated that whilst he had passed in all his external subjects, he had failed 3 internal examination papers. This he stated, resulted in his being withdrawn from the Respondent Institution. He asserted that he had petitioned the Director and the Institute of Education, University of Cape Coast. He had however not elicited a reply from there. He therefore wanted this Commission to order a re-marking of all the papers he had failed. The Respondent's Case The Respondent evinced shock at the complaint and stated that the Complainant had asserted the wrong reasons for his withdrawal from the school.
