This is an application by the Complainant for a review of the Commission's decision of 25th April, 1997 in which the Commission exercised its discretion to cease investigations in accordance with Section 13(1)(b) of the Commission on Human Rights and Administrative Justice, Act 1993 (Act 456). The Commission, then, was of the view that since the Complainant had slept on his rights for 8 years before bringing his petition, it was not worthwhile raking up the matter. The Complainant petitioned against his redeployment by the Respondent on the ground that it was actuated by malice. He then refused to accept a redeployment benefit of $200,000.00. He wished for: 1. Reinstatement and placement in Accra. 2. Restoration of lost promotion with attendant lost salary and allowances. 3. Payment of T & T expenses on transfer from Ho to Denu.
