SUMMARY OF PETITION: The Complainant alleges that the respondent to be tenant farmers on his land. The respondents are however disputing the title of the complainant and have declined to pay rent to him. CLAIM: Declaration of title to land. OBSERVATION: Such intervention is not within the jurisdiction of the Commission. RECOMMENDATION: Complainant is advised to take an action in court to get a declaration to title. DECISION: Complaint dismissed in accordance with section 13(1)(a) of Act 456.
