The complainant on the 30th of January petitioned the Commission against Samuel George Coffie for refusing hand over his indenture is a piece of land. COMPLAINANT'S CASE The complainant allaged that he bought a piece of land from the respondent and effected full payment. The respondent acknowledged receipt we payment and asked the complainant to go ahead and develop the land and that the indenture would be delivered to him later. According to the complainant despite several efforts made to retrieve the indenture, the respondent has failed to hand it over. The complainant's bankers also require the indenture as a guarantee for a loan facility for him. RESPONDENT’S COMMENTS. Respondents said in his comments that he had indeed sold a piece of land to the complainant and had also correct to an agreement with him that after the payment of the full purchase price the complainant would pay for the preparation of an indenture.
