Introduction In a complaint dated 21st September 2001, the Complainant invited this Commission to investigate the circumstances leading to his dismissal from the Respondent's employ in 1996. The Complainant's Case The Complainant stated that he had worked for the Respondent for 7 years as a driver. He stated further that he lost his employment after a burglary although he claimed not to have been implicated in it. The Commission's Findings The Commission found that the Complainant had been dismissed in 1996. He made his complaint to this Commission 5 clear years after his dismissal. The Commission therefore exercises its discretion to cease investigations in this matter in consonance with Section 13(2)(a) of Commission on Human Rights and Administrative Justice Act 1993 {Act 456}, which states as follows:- Section 13(2) "The Commission may refuse to Investigate or cease to investigate any complaint.
