Introduction: In his complaint dated 8th May 1995 the Complainant claimed as follows: 1. Wrongful dismissal 2. Wrongfully calculated end of service benefits 3. Wrongful deductions from entitlements In the Commission's decision rendered on 25th August, 2000 the Commission held as follows: 1. The dismissal was in accordance with the Company's Conditions of Service. 2. The Complainant's service benefits were wrongly calculated, and hence ordered a recalculation. 3. No wrongful deductions were made from his entitlements. Grounds for Review The Complainant has applied for a review of the Commission's Decision on the following grounds: 1. The dismissal was wrongful because the loss of the items should be laid at the doorsteps of the warehouse Manager/Keeper, Mr. Ebenezer Ekye Ameyaw (his boss) 2. Wrongful deductions were made from his entitlements because since he had been wrongfully dismissed, it was equally wrongful to deduct from his entitlements the cost of the missing item...
