SUMMARY OF COMPLAINT: Mr. Simon S. Agbeehia filed a complaint on behalf of his brother, Humphrey Ellis Agbeehia who was wrongfully detained by the Respondent, CEPS. CLAIM: Reinstatement with benefits OBSERVATION: Commission's investigation revealed that Mr. Humphrey E. Agbeehia has been reinstated into CEPS with full benefits. Complainant's letter attest to that. DECISION/LAW: Commission ceases investigations in accordance with Section 13(1)(b) of Act 456 which provides: Section 13(1)"Where in the course of the investigation of any complaint it appears to the Commission - (b) that having regard to all the circumstances of the case, any further investigation is unnecessary, it may refuse to investigate the matter further."
