DATE OF COMPLAINT: 18th September, 2001 SUMMARY OF COMPLAINT: The Complainant alleged that a land he inherited was encroached upon by Respondent. He instituted court action. However, there has been unreasonable delay in hearing his case by the court. CLAIM: Investigation of grievances OBSERVATION/FINDING: Redress could be sought through the Chief Justice. RECOMMENDATION: The Complainant is advised to petition the Chief Justice over the inordinate delay in hearing his case by the court.
