SUMMARY OF COMPLAINT Complainant, an Ex-Police Officer seeks Commission's assistance to recover his salary arrears from Respondent for the period February 1966- 30th October, 1968. CLAIM: Payment of salary arrears. OBSERVATION: The incident took place a very long time ago. RECOMMENDATION: The Commission is unable to investigate the matter due to long lapse of time. DECISION/LAW: Investigations ceased in accordance with Section 13(1)(b) of Act 456 which states as follows: Section 13(1) "that having regard to all the circumstances of the case, any further investigation is unnecessary, it may refuse to investigate the matter further."
