SUMMARY OF COMPLAINT: On 22nd March, 2001, the Complainant lodged a complaint to the Commission saying that he and his younger brother lived with their father and step mother in their father's house at Dansoman in Accra. Their stepmother with the permission of their father is ejecting them from the house. Also their father has failed to maintain them and insisting on them going to a prayer camp at Mamfe. CLAIM: Stoppage of ejectment from the house and maintenance OBSERVATION: From the foregoing, the Commission is of the view that Complainant should rather persuade their father to assist them since they are of age je 20 years and 18 years respectively. They could also approach an elder in their family to persuade their father help them. DECISION: Commission ceased investigation in accordance with Section 13(1) (a) of Act 456.
