This Court entered judgment on the 4-11-2011 for the plaintiff against the 2 defendants herein for an amount of GH¢32,775.00 with interest at the prevailing lending bank rate from the 20-03-07 to the date of final payment, and awarded costs of GH¢2,000.00 to the plaintiff. The defendants feel aggrieved and dissatisfied with the judgment and have therefore filed an appeal against the whole of it to have it set aside upon grounds stated in the notice of Appeal as follows: (a) The learned trial judge is wrong in law when he ruled that both defendants owe the plaintiff the same amount of money claimed by the plaintiff.
