INTRODUCTION: The Complainant was summarily dismissed by the Respondent for allegedly using a non-existent taxicab for the evacuation of cocoa The Complainant denied the allegation and invited the Commission to investigate the matter and help him to recover all monies owed to him by the Respondent. The question then is whether the Complainant indeed committed the offence, and whether he has any claim against the Respondent. COMPLAINANT'S CASE: IN HIS LETTER OF 5TH August 2001 the Complainant accused the Commission's District Director at Sefwi Wiawso for not giving the necessary attention to his complaint since 21st January 2000 because he had not been able to pay the transport and hotel bills of the Officer supposed to investigate the matter in Accra. He submitted further that he was the Regional Produce Officer of the Respondent, and that two allegations had been made against him.
