This complaint by A.B. Noble Mensah is tightly woven to that of Mr. D.K. Osei which was decided on the 14th October 1996 by this Commission. In that case, the Commission found in favour of D.K. Osei and ordered his reinstatement without loss of seniority; all accrued salaries and allowances from the time of his purported dismissal were to be paid to him. The facts of D.K. Osei's case were that he was an accountant with the GES attached to the K.T.I. In February 1991 he was removed from office by radio announcement, a letter was subsequently sent to him by the GES to confirm his removal. He challeged his removal from office and called for the reas for the action taken against him. He alleged that he was aware of investigations conducted nationwide in the GES, but no adverse finding was made against him. Like D.K.
