The Complainant alleges that the Respondent was appointed "mentor and guiding force" for one Araba Afariba, who was the successor of Ama Kate (deceased). The Complainant further alleges that the respondent now claims that she was rather the appointed successor On this premises, the Respondent is seeking to eject the children of the late Ama Kate from house No.OTB576. According to the Complainant the Respondent has obtained a declaration from the High Court, Kumasi, to the effect that she was the customary successor of the late Ama Kate. Complainant says that even though the matter is on appeal the Respondent is trying to use force to get into possession of the house under discussion. The Complainant therefore complained to the Commission to investigate the matter in order to ensure that justice is not denied.
