The Complainant alleged that after a violent incident, his appointment was terminated with an option to re-apply for appointment. He found the whole action wrongful and therefore sought redress from the Commission. COMPLAINANT'S CASE The Complainant's case is that he was attacked in his office by the Chief Security. Officer following a complaint lodged by a lady tenant at the Kaneshie market. Both parties were given orders to proceed on indefinite suspension without pay for a Committee to be set up for investigations. Later the Complainant was served with a letter informing him that as a result of the investigations carried out into the fight incident, his appointment had been terminated with immediate effect. The letter stated that he could re-apply within 14 days if he was interested in working with the Company. The Complainant feels unsalily liealed since he did not fight on the day of the incident.
