EDWARD NANKA BRUCE AND DR. OONA NANKA BRUCE (PLAINTIFFS) vs. EDDIE LARBI (DEFENDANT)

The plaintiffs in this action claims from the defendant herein the following reliefs indorsed on the Writ of Summons filed on 5/3/97 namely:— 1) Declaration of title to all that piece of land situate covering an area of 0.55 acres at West Legon Kisseman — Accra and bounded on the North West by the Nii Owoo family land measuring 100 feet more or less and the South East by a proposed road measuring 100 feet more or less and the South East by Mercy Nanka Bruce’s land measuring 240 feet more or less and on the South West by a proposed road measuring 100 feet more or less which piece of land is more particularly delineated on the plan attached to the deed dated 8th December 1994, ref. LVB 9920/94. 2) Perpetual injunction restraining the defendant, his workers, servants, agents, representatives and assigns from entering the land and in any way dealing or interfering with the land. 3) Damages for trespass.
