EMMANUEL ARUNA NELSON (PLAINTIFF) vs. REBECCA ENGMAN (DEFENDANT)

The plaintiff, Emmanuel Aruna Nelson issued out a writ of summons and statement of claim against the Defendant herein on 17th March, 1999 for the following reliefs:— (i) Declaration of title to all that piece of land registered with the Land Title Certificate No. GA 10457. (ii) Perpetual Injunction. (iii) General Damages. The writ was served on the Defendant on 18th March, 1999. She entered Appearance on 19th March, 1999 and filed a Statement of Defence on 9th April, 1999 and counter-claimed as follows:— (i) Declaration of title to the land. (ii) Cancellation of Land Title Certificate No. GA 10457 dated 25th November, 1996. (iii) Injunction against Plaintiff and damages.
