INTRODUCTION The Complainants were allegedly dismissed summarily for participating in an 'illegal strike action". They are of the view that the action of the Respondent is unfair. They make reference to Section 63 of the Labour Act, Act 651 to support their case. In the light of the above reason, they want the Commission to intervene. OBSERVATION AND DECISION The Commission is of the view that the Complainants can have their case redressed expeditiously by the Labour Tribunal established under the Labour Act. The Commission therefore advises the Complainants to avail themselves of that forum. The Commission declines to investigate the case as per Section 13(1)(a) of Act 456 which states that: "Where in the course of the investigation of any complaint it appears to the commission that under the law or existing administrative practice there is adequate remedy for the complaint, whether or not the complainant has availed himself of it, it may refuse to investigate the matter furth...
