The Complainants alleged that they worked for the Respondent for four [4] years without compensation. According to them, they were fired by the Respondent without any assigned reason. The fact of the case is that, the Respondent asked the Complainants to reapply for the job else they would lose their job. However, they refused to heed to the advice of the Respondent, they were subsequently dismissed. According to them, they went to the Respondent to demand explanation of his intended action. However, the result was negative. The Respondent went ahead to dismiss them from the employment. They were demanding their end of service benefits and payment of their SSNIT contributions.
