THOMPSON BUKARI AND INTERCON SECURITY SYSTEMS (GH) LIMITED.

This complaint dated 17th August 2001 was lodged with the Commission by the Complainant against the Respondent for terminating his appointment. The Commission in pursuance with C.1.7 Section 3(1) of Enabling Act 456 forwarded a copy of the afore-stated complaint to the Respondent to comment thereon, but received no response. The Complainant was invited to the Commission for further discussion on the complaint and to indicate the current position of his case as to whether the Complainant was still interested in pursuit of the matter, but also failed to respond. In consonance with Section 13 of Act 456, the Commission uses its discretion and refuses any further investigation into the afore-mentioned since the Complainant has not been diligent to prosecute his case. The Commission decides that the docket on the aforesaid be closed.
